UGMC (USAHAWAN GROUP Management Consultants) is a Sabah‑based training and development provider headquartered in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. We specialize in Human Resource Development and organizational performance enhancement.

Founded in 1993, UGMC is led by Mr. Taidin Suhaimin — a Certified and Accredited HRD Corp Professional Trainer, Certified Entrepreneurial Mentor, author, and motivational speaker with extensive local and international experience.

Our Experience

Since its establishment, UGMC has delivered corporate and leadership training to more than 250 organizations, including corporations, government agencies, and institutions across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, and the Middle East.
