Founded in 1993, UGMC is led by Mr. Taidin Suhaimin, a Certified and Accredited HRD Corp Professional Trainer, Certified Entrepreneurial Mentor, author, and motivational speaker with extensive local and international experience.
UGMC’s mission is to help organizations and individuals in Sabah, Malaysia, and beyond maximize their potential and achieve sustainable personal, team, and organizational success through practical, impactful learning solutions.
Since its establishment, UGMC has successfully delivered corporate and leadership training programs to more than 250 organizations, including corporations, government agencies, and institutions across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, and the Middle East.
