UGMC (USAHAWAN GROUP Management Consultants) is a Malaysian human resources training and development provider based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. It was founded in 1993 by Mr. Taidin Suhaimin.
Since its inception, more than 250 corporate bodies & government agencies in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and the Middle East have participated in and benefited from UGMC's HR Training courses and development programs.
UGMC's mission is to assist organizations and individuals in achieving greater success.
UGMC's Human Resource Development Programs are designed to develop new and broader skills, knowledge, and—most importantly—the right paradigms for success.
UGMC provides customized In-House Training Programs as well as Public Training Courses. Our Signature Training Programs are specifically designed to develop leadership presence, communication effectiveness, emotional steadiness, and execution capability through practical, interactive, and reflective learning experiences.
UGMC training programs are fully claimable under Malaysia’s HRD Corp scheme. Registered organizations can reclaim training expenses through the levy system.
