UGMC (USAHAWAN GROUP Management Consultants) is a Malaysian training and development provider based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Founded in 1993 by Mr. Taidin Suhaimin, UGMC has grown into a trusted partner for leadership and human resource development.
UGMC’s human resource development programs build new skills, expand knowledge, and—most importantly—instill the right paradigms for sustainable success. We offer both customized in-house training programs and public courses, tailored to meet diverse organizational needs.
Over the years, more than 250 corporate bodies & government agencies across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and the Middle East have benefited from UGMC’s programs. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help organizations and individuals achieve greater success.
All UGMC training programs are fully claimable under Malaysia’s HRD Corp scheme, allowing registered organizations to reclaim training expenses through the levy system.
