MR. TAIDIN SUHAIMIN

Mr. Taidin Suhaimin is a Sabah-based HRD Corp–Certified and Accredited Malaysian Professional Trainer, author, and motivational speaker with international speaking experience. Since 1993, he has personally conducted seminars, conferences, and corporate training programs for thousands of participants across more than 250 organizations in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and the Middle East.

He has also delivered motivational talks on Malaysia’s national television, including the Inspiration Program, and on Radio Malaysia Sabah, notably the Kota Kinabalu Morning Motivation Program, inspiring audiences with practical insights on leadership, mindset, and performance excellence.

As the Founder and Managing Principal Consultant of USAHAWAN GROUP Management Consultants (UGMC), established in 1993, he has led impactful HRD training initiatives across Malaysia and internationally. He holds a Degree in Management Sciences (Marketing) from Lancaster University, England, and a Diploma in Public Administration from UiTM, Shah Alam. 

Prior to founding UGMC, he served 12 years with Yayasan Sabah in educational and student affairs management. Fluent in Malay and English, he is also a former Radio and TV Newscaster with RTM Kota Kinabalu. 

His mission is to inspire personal growth and professional success by equipping audiences with practical tools in an engaging, supportive, and motivational learning environment.
