Mr. Taidin Suhaimin is a Sabah-based HRDCorp Accredited Malaysian Professional HRD Trainer, author, and motivational speaker with international speaking experience.
Since 1993, he has personally conducted seminars, conferences, and training programs for 250+ organizations across Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and the Middle East. A former RTM Kota Kinabalu radio and TV newscaster, he has also appeared on national television and radio. His expertise includes personal, interpersonal, and team leadership development, and he has authored eight books on leadership, motivation, communication, and performance.
He is the Founder and Managing Consultant of UGMC, which was recognized in March 2025 as one of Malaysia’s Top 10 Most Impactful Leadership Training Providers.
Ms. Sharifah Seri Lailah brings over 30 years of professional experience across the financial and banking sectors and the hospitality industry in Malaysia.
A Chartered Secretary, Human Resource practitioner, and NIOSH-certified trainer, she has held senior leadership roles including Company Secretary, Senior Manager (Consumer Banking & Institutional Sales – East Malaysia), Group HR Manager, and General Manager (HR & Administration). Her expertise spans banking operations, HR development, industrial relations, governance, and hospitality management.
She also serves as a Ministry-appointed examiner for hotel and tourism ratings and is an Internal Audit Committee member for a Sabah State Religious Agency.
Ms. Sakinolin Mohamad holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (UK), a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, and a Diploma in Corporate Secretarial Practices from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
She brings over 30 years of corporate management experience, including 10 years as a certified professional trainer for a Sabah state-owned conglomerate.
She is the Co-Owner and Principal Consultant of S2 & Associate Management Consultants, providing corporate secretarial services, HR recruitment, and management training.
Ms. Shella Bathumalai is a Sabah-based HRD Corp–accredited trainer, corporate consultant, youth motivator, and entrepreneur.
She is the Founder of VS Trg Consultancy, specializing in personal and professional development training. With over 9 years of experience in the education industry, she delivers corporate training in leadership, emotional intelligence, communication skills, AI training, Power BI, digital marketing, NLP, Business English, and conflict management.
Her signature training theme, “Attitude Is Everything,” reflects her passion for mindset transformation. She holds a Master’s degree from Asia e University.
Mr. Norhasdi Bin Hassan is an HRD Corp–accredited trainer, registered counsellor with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia, and a certified professional coach with strong expertise in coaching, counselling, NLP, and self-leadership development.
He is also certified by NFNLP USA and the Global Association of Neuro Synergy (New Zealand) in applied self-leadership and neuro-linguistic programming.
With extensive experience in training, coaching, and human development, he supports individuals and organizations in personal effectiveness, emotional well-being, leadership growth, and behavioral transformation through practical, ethical, and evidence-based approaches.
Mr. P. Rajoo is a highly experienced management consultant specializing in strategic management, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), performance management, design thinking, critical thinking, and process improvement.
With over 20 years in the multinational semiconductor industry, he has led and contributed to 100+ consulting projects across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the USA, and Brunei. He has extensive experience in KPI frameworks, strategy execution, and performance measurement, and is currently appointed as a BSC Consultant for national KPIs.
Over the past decade, he has facilitated 200+ design thinking projects across diverse industries. He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Pittsburgh and is HRDC-accredited.
Lt. Junior Maritime (Retired) Awil Bin Kamsari (ADK) is a distinguished leader, trainer, and community advocate with extensive experience across the Royal Malaysian Navy, Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA), and civil institutions.
A recipient of the Order of Kinabalu, he is recognized for his contributions to leadership development, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment. He has held senior roles including Deputy Director of Security and Head of Public Relations (MMEA Sabah & WP Labuan), Assistant District Development Officer, and lecturer.
He holds a Diploma in Marine Technology (UTM) and a Bachelor of Management (OUM), and is HRD Corp–certified. His work continues to inspire sustainable socio-economic growth and impactful leadership.
